Answered June 22, 2020I feel fine most days, some excited days, some days I dread it. Depends if there’s going to be a good crew and management staff there that day. I’m a trainer there, I’m cross trained, and on track to move up in the company. I’ve been there about a year and a half. It can get boring in the aspect of interacting with guests the same way over and over again but when you come in you never know what curve balls are gonna be thrown at you, mostly due to flaky crew members, you never know if you’re gonna be understaffed because it seems like at least 1-2 crew members call off almost every single day. It also seems like lot of people show up just to talk and socialize rather than work.
