I would suggest that they don't just put the SEIA's in with the students without actually learning about the particular disabilities of the students first. It makes it hard to give them the proper help that they need.

Teachers work hard. I work my normal school hours daily. I also come in early and usually stay late to work. Most nights I bring home at least an hour of work daily and work 3-4 hours each weekend as well.

It was very random but that was to be expected as it is in the nature of the job to deal with things as they come up.

What interview? I did have a 5 minute phone call to set one up, but it quickly shifted to attending orientation the next day (it's once a month).
