Busy with limited monitored breaks. No respect as an individual. Felt that advancement was non existent. Robotic requirements. Management is a joke. Petty requirements such as everyone needing to do things identically instead of end result being identical.
No appreciation for being great at your job. Wears Down your self esteem.

My day would start off with getting my patients that I needed to call for their registration. When done we answered calls about making appointment's for radiology or lab, pet scans. When scheduling patient we enter their insurance information along with the patients demographic. Verify all insurance to make sure if the patient had a copayment he or she knew how much or if we needed an authorization.
Its a good place to work. The manages and Supervisors at this one off site needs some approvement. The higher in command needs to ask the workers how are things going, and truly listen to their feedback. some are afraid their jobs will be jeopary if they talk.
