How has Freedom Forever responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

  • With great care and forethought! They immediately took action to protect workers and continue to do so 6 months after the initial outbreak.

  • Freedom quickly adapted to the changing environment COVID-19 caused. We were able to remain open and operate during the majority of the pandemic and the CEO and his teams have continued to adapt to changes in our operations.

  • Poorly. Company kept employees crammed in offices until they were forced to send them home. Company also turned off DD and switched to paper checks so that all employees had to physically pick up their checks.

  • Terribly. Employees were forced to cram into overcrowded offices for as long as possible (I'm talking desks in kitchens, by bathrooms, in hallways, everywhere). Instead of reducing capacity, employees were forced to stay in their "zone". CEO was ready to fire anyone who did not want to come into the office due to health concerns.
When shelter-in-place orders were released, Freedom finally permitted the employees who could work remotely to work from home...but they turned off direct deposit payments and forced all employees to physically go to the nearest branch to pick up paper checks. The exact opposite of what every other employer did. CEO seems to have a power complex and is rather obsessed with the concept of forcing employees and contractors to "submit" to his will.
