Have the boss being less aggressive and give their employees time to digest tasks they need to finish and provide as much details about the project as possible.

Scrap everyone currently in any management position (including executive management) and start over from scratch
Replace all management from Director level up, including VPs and CEO. Scale back on gratuitous management positions.
Replace management, get rid of the cancer individuals. Appreciate the employees instead of being a slave driver. Give employees a voice, and drastically change the culture.
Be honest with employees
Management is a joke, as a former superintendent for another company I can honestly say Freedom is not the place to work at!!
I would create a new structure and hear out the employees and their ideas to make it a better work environment and organization.
Increase communication from the top down
Nothing. This is not a day care. You do the work, you succeed.
