It all depends on the years of service. First year, employees receive 5 days of vacation pay, year 2-5, employees receive 10 days of vacation pay, and year 5+, employees receive 15 days.

It all depends on the position you applied for. If its Entry Level, the turn around time is about 1 week. IF its a Management position it can take up to 3-4 weeks do to the interview process (1st, 2nd and 3rd interview).

Each job is completely different and there can be some stressful challenges, but the best part is learning and overcoming the challenges, and Freedom has a great team to help work through the stresses/challenges. None they lie and say you get 401k, health, vision, dental, life insurance, stock options, 2,000 every month bonus for meeting outrageous quota. but its all a lie and when u ask them about it, and demand that they honor their word, they get rid of you.
