Poor low level and mid senior management, the 3 levels of management I reported to all gave inconsistent feedback amongst each other. All company materials for credit risk on their intranet are outdated and hard to filter thru whats pertintent and applicable vs whats not because they do not retire old announcements. The training was very inadequate and not as promised. We were promised mentors after the 1 week zoom meetings, and nit a single one of us got mentors, just had to submit to Second level without any idea if their data entry intensive points were done to their liking. The role for which I was hired included tasks which should not, like Behind the scenes data entry in an old dos-based system , duplication and triplication of work, and it should not be that way. Ive experienced a lot of companies, and this was, by far, the most disorganized I have worked at.
What would you suggest Freedom Mortgage Corporation management do to prevent others from leaving?
I would suggest that if Management would like to keep temporary employees they should consider making them permanent. I've been a temp working various departments and OT but I'm still a temp. They don't want to make you permanent but when you apply for a permanent position Management says they need you. It does not make any scence at all. The transition process is extremely difficult.
How did you feel about telling people you worked at Freedom Mortgage Corporation?
I tell them it’s a great company however in the FHA full doc department which you have to work for Gwen Petite and Vickie Harris Lenore which both have no productive way of assisting you as an employee, your are belittled in front of others and screamed at and all your business is heard by them as there is no type of confidentiality.
Health insurance Freedom has is awful. You can literally go broke paying copays and coinsurance on the salary Freedom pays. Freedom needs to get away from being self funded and offer plans from various health insurance companies for the good of their employees.
A joke, one interview they barely had relevant questions to ask. When asked questions they could not answer them in an educated manner
