They don’t do drug testing. However they should since management and others walk in, and it smells like marijuana as they enter, a lot of times even coming back from lunch they smell like alcohol

Not my choice it was an abrupt lay off. Management lies saying no
More lay offs then with no warning, no severance, and on top of that they took the earned vacation from everyone they laid off. HORRIBLE way to treat people but Karma will prevail.

They need to keep good employees, I got one of the highest reviews and then just lay them off because I had an upcoming surgery and would have to be out for a short period of time. Loyalty and good treatment of their employees use to be this companies concern, it was what set them apart from other companies. Unfortunately, now it has grown too fast and the top of the house is too far removed. It’s now just another company looking to make money with no loyalty to the employees that gave loyalty to get them to the top. Sadly it is the new way of doing business.

I tell them it’s a great company however in the FHA full doc department which you have to work for Gwen Petite and Vickie Harris Lenore which both have no productive way of assisting you as an employee, your are belittled in front of others and screamed at and all your business is heard by them as there is no type of confidentiality.

Health insurance Freedom has is awful. You can literally go broke paying copays and coinsurance on the salary Freedom pays. Freedom needs to get away from being self funded and offer plans from various health insurance companies for the good of their employees.
