This company is a joke. I was just finishing my training for Customer Care and about to go on the floor. Passed all my test. When they decided to let me go. Could not give a real reason as to why. The training for 5 weeks was all over the place. Had 4 trainers in 5 weeks. None of them are consistent. Still could not completely understand what my job was going to be. Very confused company and very glad to be gone. Management staff needs to be trained they really have no clue what there doing especially the Director and the head trainer. Beware of this company

Laid off, however they had just hired 5 new people and they preferred to keep the new people that were brought in by management. A lot of favoritism.

Company is a joke. Being investigated by EEOC as an employee was threatened to be fired for not getting him enough Pre Approvals. It happens every day. The higher ups send up termination lists that you could land on if not performing to their unrealistic expectations. I submitted a detailed review but I guess since Freedom is sponsored on here, Indeed looks out for them. All the good reviews on here are fake, as HR calls employees at their desk to go on and make them.

It's unorganized and no stability. The make over the top promises and play favoritism. I had posted a review and some how they deleted it. They are all about their pay and not yours.

The work program I was in was very unorganized and untested which allowed for much confusion and job stability as people were getting fired one after another.
