National Internet Sales, Lead Rep (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXApril 4, 2019
This is one of the worst rated dealer groups in the US for a good reason. Terrible sales staff, Unprofessional leadership, and no clear direction. Steer clear!!!
Pros
Fun people

Lackluster benifits package, poor customer service, two faced HR department, favoritism in upper management

Wouldn't recommend working here
Sales (Former Employee) –  Lewisville, TXNovember 20, 2018
You are on commission so during winter you will starve. Management will find reasons to fire you once they slow down during winter. No days off and requested time off is frowned upon.
Pros
Good pay during the summer.
Cons
Not a year around job.

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  McKinney, TXNovember 7, 2018
I myself was built by this company from the ground up and was taught the skills needed to be successful in sales. I was mentored and cross trained and was promoted from within. A very good company, excellent management and ownership. Highly recommend!
Pros
Fun and exciting work environment
Cons
You have to understand and know how to work the sales process, be a people person, make decisions and able to carry conversations on the fly. Not everyone can do this.

Fun place to work, but management does not care about you.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXOctober 5, 2018
You can show up on time, in uniform, hit your outbound calls, but if you do not make sales management does not care. They would rather reward the salesman that sleeps at work, does not tag vehicles, does not clean, does not show up to work presentable, and argues on the sales floor with the manager in front of customers, they reward him for hitting goals. Management also talks down to you like you are nothing. The owner has a good vision, but doesn't see this going on, because management does a good job with a smoke show.

Sr. Finance Manager (Former Employee) –  Lewisville, TXSeptember 29, 2018
Ran like a slave ship. Under paid and over worked. Terrible commission structure. After being in finance for 9 years they have no clue how to run a successful finance department. The finance manager has to wear far too many hats to actually be successful. If you’re too slow and a deal walks it’s on you. Get ready for an earful , if you’re too fast they think you aren’t trying. Save yourself the time. This is a horrible place to work with a revolving door sales team

Cool products to sell but the rest blows
Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  LewisvilleNovember 8, 2017
Place is unorganized, upper management is horrific, you're not going to get promoted unless you're the CEO's high school friends. Lots of drug users working and running the place. Expected to work all the time, low pay for most people in there. Very stressful environment for a bike shop.
Pros
selling fun stuff
Cons
management is bad, place is very unorganized

Finance Manager (Former Employee) –  Hurst, TXOctober 24, 2017
Only got paid for 1 position and it wasn't even position standards. Over worked, under paid and then yelled at by management - no advancement opportunities unless you are a personal friend of the ceo. Typical turn over rate at 1 dealership is atleast 1 person a month

The customers you meet and other coworkers are the best part!
Customer Service Representative/ Quality Control (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXOctober 19, 2017
The best part of this job were the customers and the employees in my department. The management on the other hand was horrible. If you don't agree with what they say, have any sort of input or opinion, they fire you even when your opinion is asked for. No matter how hard working you are. Management treats you like you are absolutely ignorant if you have any type of question. The ethics of the company are absolutely horrible. Very hostile working environment when the manager of the department changed.
Pros
meeting new people
Cons
management, pay

What Management
Employee (Former Employee) –  ArkansasOctober 11, 2017
This Place is poorly managed. The manager isn't willing to teach you the things you need to know to make your life easier and then proceeds to call you dumb when you ask a question.

Work over all fun!
Customer Service Representative/Quality Assurance (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXFebruary 14, 2017
Work over all is fun and new to someone who has no idea of motorcycles, but needs better managment in the customer service center. Save your opinions, or people get offended and they will fire you.
