I dread it. It used to be interesting when it was all new, now it's nothing but dread. A biomed can walk out of their clinic at night with everything in working order and then come back in the next day with machines pulled, notes all over the place, bad culture results, pallets of stock to put away, papers laying everywhere because the staff do not care that you just cleaned the entire water room, stock moved out of place, stock sitting on the floor because it was too much work to set the box back on the shelf. It really just becomes a black cloud of toxic fumes.

The work environment is very fast paced which makes it stressful at times. The culture in my clinic is great everyone gets along well

I honestly can't make sense of it. They build clinics like beavers build dams, then they turn around and shoot themselves in the foot by buying NxStage. Now they act like they don't want any clinics in anyone working in a clinic. I think when it is all said and done the artificial kidney will finally get through and make all of this madness obsolete. Personally I don't care if it costs me my job. The human race needs to move forwards and this is long overdue.
