If you were to leave Fresenius Medical Care, what would be the reason?Simply put: this company doesn’t care about you. It’ll soon become crystal clear that you’re nothing more than a worker bee in the eyes of direct management as well as senior management. While you’re encouraged to advocate for the efficacy of workflow processes, performance based pay increases and any observable work place issues, these people aren’t actually listening to you at all. The likelihood of getting any impactful responses to your questions, concerns or suggestions on how to make things better (not just for you but to the benefit of the dept you work in) is remarkably low. None of the leadership staff consider your work ethic, competence or mental health a priority. No matter how valuable you actually are, how great you happen to be in your role? It will not be reflected in your performance evals nor your compensation. If you’re looking for work life balance? Fresenius is not the place for you. If adequate compensation and worry-free use of PTO are important to you? Fresenius is not the place you can expect those things to be fulfilled.
