PTO, hourly earn more. Salary earn less and holidays are taken from our accrued hours, only fresenius says it is fair.

Upper management is vendictive. We are instructed to follow your chain of command. Which I do and they don’t give a rats booty about any concerns you may have. It is almost like a communist/dictatorship. People in upper management get their jobs not by performance but by who they know. There is also a lot of nepotism throughout the company. Management does not care about patients only about the bottom line and how much money they can pocket in their checkbooks. While the actual front line workers get not an extra penny. They are lucky to get a 2% raise. Many places don’t provide coffee or tea. They work in filth. I have seen refrigerators that are 20 years old dirt all over the outside and refuse to get new ones. But if you go to the corporate offices they have the best of the best. Maybe they should send the real big wigs out on undercover boss so they can see what’s really going on. I would never recommend my family or friends to ever work for this company. They run off long time employees and hire newbies who do not have the experience to care for these patients. Nurses go to school to learn to take care of patients not be involved in all the politics of the business. Maybe a step back or pause should be taken to reevaluate things should be run. Include PCT’s, AA’s, MSW’s, RD’s, RN’s and Technical the actual workers not those in ant form of management. FKC has become a disappointment over the years and is not patient focuses at all or staff... only the bottom line and what goes in management s pocket. I realize this is a business and money is to be makes but some of the folks in place are not staff/patient oriented. You can work together for a common ground to make it work for everyone. Please consider doing things differently or getting front line staff feedback!

It took about a week for the first, second and third (FaceTime) interview. Clinic Manager seemed very negative about her own clinic and how hard it is to work there. Not encouraging at all. I felt like I was being talked out of the job.
