Health insurance was better until 2018. It was changed and the employees didn't have a say. Either get the health insurance or don't have any.

It is fast paced and overwhelming. Management is all about money than they preach to the employees about patients care and safety. With the work that is done the PCT or CCHT does not make enough money for a hour. And if you are a Preceptor than you are really worked hard and not paid for what you are worth. The work load is horrible and than the techs are rushed off the clocked because of TAP.

They brag about setting the standards by which others in the industry are judged. Well it's the truth because the standards are impossible. If everybody started dropping dead of heart attacks and strokes due to being mentally and physically overwhelmed, the company would just come up with 10 more things for the corpses to get done by month's end. I am confident that they take years off of your life when you come to work for them for a substantial period of time. I have seen lower managers actually start having memory recall issues in their 40s because they have been mentally fried. My advice to anyone new is look at it like the military. Put in 4 years and then get the heck out!
