Where do I start? Longevity with the company with phenomenal work ethic but not being considered for other positions because you are 'too valuable as a work horse in the position you hold." Upper management just looking out for themselves, sitting behind their computers, wasting time themselves but are free to do so because their work is never monitored, making money, very selfish but slave-drive the direct patient care staff. Upper Management that are also not 'clinical' by any means leads to constant turnover due to lack of support of the people they are suppose to be responsible to train as they have no experience leading to added turn-over which in turn always effects patient care. Shameful! Promotions based on 'good 'ole boy club', not experience, work ethic or dependability/loyalty. A Human Resource Dept way out East that is not involved and does not care, they take the management word as God. Human Resource Dept that does nothing in regards to constant, high turnover rate......they do not care! For profit company, management gets bonuses and extremely high rate of pay, company lacks integrity.
Unfair scheduling. Too many hours given. Requested days off not being honored near holidays, even though you put your request in first. Stressful environment with too many responsibilities and not enough time to complete all of your tasks.
They are a retaliation company, they don't care about the patient or the staff. Managers are nasty, hours long, company cheap, no bonuses for all the work you do which is a lot. The pcts are the backbone of the clinic and get treated badly. Human resources and compliance is a joke. Compliance is not anonymous and are rude. It's so many reason why I left and plenty more. That a why they have all these position online because everyone quitting and going to Davita
