Continue to be open to feedback from the many volunteers in Friendly Towns. This program will not survive without the constant support and encouragement to the people who donate their valuable time to these efforts. Volunteers are the ones who live and breathe this program, day in and day out. Families grow up with this as part of their lives. They know what works best.

NYC Management comes and goes, but they will never truly understand life in Friendly Towns like those who live there. Please. Listen to them. Learn from them. Value them.
