Under the new policy you have 16 hours emergency vacation a year. if you are out a day its 1 occurrence or late more than 2 hours its 1 occurrence less than 2 hours is 1/2 occurrence. you can have up to 7 occurrences in 1 year

It functions on a point system.
1 point for missing a day
1/4 of a point for being under an hour late, as well as for leaving less than an hour early
1/2 of a point for showing up more than an hour late (but before the last hour of your shift, as well as leaving after the first hour.
3/4 of a point if you show up the last hour or leave within the first hour.
When you are hired on the company for less than 30-90 days (can't remember which) you only get 3 points and no more. After that period you have a 13 point allowance.
It takes 30 consecutive days without accumulating any type of points to work 1 point off
