Training is minimal. Management dishonesty and lack of involvement created staff to staff conflict. Most staff is nice others only interested in themselves looking good not overall safety if patients and coworkers.

I have been an employee of friends hospital for several years, I originally loved my job. Recently a new director of nursing was hired and has turned this place into a nightmare. She has fired several excellent nurses, she has no clue what is going on in this place, She does not have your back in any circumstance. She is unprofessional. When you try - more...
