Basically we go in we find out what our work seimetz are depending on what we're doing today and we usually work the same job unless they need to get finished or do you want to put you on another job

you see a very easy job but it is not and there is no understanding or good treatment to employees, they do not pay vacations or sick days. You do not work 40 hours and the pay is little for the work that is done.

I work with adluts with mental and phyicsal disability help them fill out orders for a milk company witch help the people with a disability keep their contract with the milk company

This job was very meaningful
Friendship Industries is a sheltered workshop. I found working with people with disabilities challenging and rewarding at the same time. I put a lot of overtime in on this job and my family suffered for it.
