waiting tables cleaning tables and also greeted the customers. prepped the salad bar. Closed down the restaurant. the hardest part of the job was being supportive to all of the customer's needs.

Was offered a higher position (floor Leader) was told I was getting $1 / hr. raise. After 3 years still no raise, I was done. Owners and Regional manager changed way too often with no explanation.

it was great in the early , but, in the later years, it was getting to be too much. no longer interested in management

a typical day at work was counting safe and drawers. making sure everyone was on time and in proper uniform. opening or closing the store. helping wherever needed. keeping inside and out clean. know when to send people home to control labor costs. do inventory and ordering
