Applied online, had to completed an online assessment, completed a mechanical/technical competency test, completed a telephone interview, completed a face to face interview. This interview was like a drill sergeant type questioning, he ask questions from high school. It was a serious questioning technique I think should be used frequently. He said to wait a couple of days for an email of results. Crossing my fingers....
