Is it true that frito lay hires felons? They are currently on the list of companies that do, it's not a violent conviction, and it is under the first time offender status...
I’m proud to say I just received my onboarding email today that they did go ahead and hire me even after sending a pre adverse action letter to me allowing me to explain my criminal history last felony was 2009 but had 3 Misdemeanor convictions with in the that 5 years most recent one driving on suspension in 2017. I was brutally honest and told them my story and where I came from and where I’ve come along with proof of accomplishments along the way and they gave me a chance..anything is possible if u put in the footwork.
Yes, unless you are off on those days. At times you will be required ro work, or dorced to work if full time for Frito Lay.
How lenient is Frito Lay in regards to taking vacation time? I was just offered an in-person interview, and later on this year, I have a couple of weddings I need to go to that will be out of town. How likely is Frito Lay to accommodate me with that?
All depends on if someone already has vacation scheduled for that week. You start with 2 weeks paid vacation a year but being the new guy you'll be stuck with whatever weeks are left that havent been taken
Depends when your start date is if it's after April 1 you aren't eligible until January 1 following year then you get 2 weeks but it goes by seniority so forget a vacation in summer or holidays
Yes, standard benefits plus 401k if desired. Benefits are being phased out due to the reduction in pay nation wide which makes them unaffordable.
