How's the hiring process? After the second interview do you automatically have the job?
I applied on a sunday, got an email a day later saying that they got my application and it's going under review. Two days later, I received another email saying that my application was under review with the hiring manager, by the end of the week I was able to set up an interview for the following week. Went in for the interview and it was easy ! Asked me a few scenario type questions and they hired me on the spot! Just have to pass the drug test and background check and you're all good.
Do they fire a lot of people during the 90 day probation period because they are constantly hiring.
The fast pace environment may not suit everyone. The pay is good but you work for it.

I have an interview for a Warehouse/material handler position next week. What can I expect during the rest of the hiring process?
There is a 90 day probation period. You will have two weeks of watching videos before being trained on the floor with the rest of the team.
Because the turn over rate is so high due to the demands and new part time employees not being able to handle it
Got an offer for employment, then sent for DOT physical, drug test (u/a) and background check submission. The hiring manager said this would take about a week to hear back and this was on Wednesday. It is now after 5pm on Friday and I just received a copy of my background from the company who runs it and under one heading it says "ineligible" and my Motor Vehicle Record is in red letters, but I disclosed all the points on my driving record from the beginning. My question is, will they still call me back if they choose not to continue with the hiring and rescind the offer I was given? I'm in WA state btw in case anyone hear had firsthand knowledge. Thank you, I'll post if I find out my own answer.
Ever find out? In a similar situation. Not for my motor vehicle record but because they couldn't get ahold of anyone from my previous employer to verify my Employment. I did not receive anything in the mail but was told it was decisional.
