1.) Start your day at the distribution center.
2.) Collect papers for your route along with printers and scanner.
3.) Check your truck out and load to ensure everything is good to go.
4.) Start up truck and run to your first store.
5.) Get to first store and back-up truck into receiving dock.
6.) Buzz in receiver when you get to receiving door.
7.) Once you come in, go to the receiving dock door where your truck is parked and start pulling out the carts of chips that are for that store.
8.) Have receiver scan all chips into store.
9.) Once everything is accounted for, you will bring carts out to the store floor and start stocking the chips.
10.) Rinse and repeat for every store until all your stores are finished for the day.

I’m proud to say I just received my onboarding email today that they did go ahead and hire me even after sending a pre adverse action letter to me allowing me to explain my criminal history last felony was 2009 but had 3 Misdemeanor convictions with in the that 5 years most recent one driving on suspension in 2017. I was brutally honest and told them my story and where I came from and where I’ve come along with proof of accomplishments along the way and they gave me a chance..anything is possible if u put in the footwork.

It does not matter if you have a felony or not, in the interview process if you are lucky to make it that far they will know what kind of person you are regardless of what you’re background says. Your work ethic and previous job experience say a lot about you, I had a felony for a violent crime for something small and simple and I disclosed it from the very beginning and it was 5 years old, I was hired on the spot at frito lay with no questions asked, literally left the interview and didn’t even make it back to my vehicle before I got a call from my recruiter and had the job offer, so nothing is impossible.
Show respect to the front line. Actually provide a work life balance. Stop pretending like you have our backs!
How long does it usually take to get a update on your background check if it's already been completed to get a drug screen
It only took 2 days to get my background check back.
How long after the 2nd interview they call you back? And how fast do they do the drug test after or before the pre trip for sales reps?
It's a urine test not a hair test and it's a third party who does the interview process,, I was working in 3 weeks
