I've had the opportunity to learn more than I could have imagined. I have been on both brand marketing and shopper marketing teams learning all aspects of the business.

RSR Route Sales Rep (Former Employee) –  Rolla, MOAugust 24, 2019
Working at Frito-Lay was very rewarding at times but was long hours. Your day would consist of a route with several stops. You would need to load and unload your truck everyday as well as all of your orders

It's not the same as it was. pay is for people without a job and hard to make a living.
You get paid well if you hit plan.
It's a long tedious day but no weekends
Pros
Outside work
Cons
Management is not as qualified as it ised to be
