Challenging work and always changing work enviroment
You start early in the morning between 3-6AM and drive out to your first designated store. You go to the stockroom of that store and bring out the back stock or new shipment. From there you then stock and merchandise product onto the shelves and displays. You knock down the cardboard for reuse and then clean up any mess. Then you front all the shelves and displays and check out with the store manager if available. You then drive to your next designated store and repeat.

The job has no work life balance, you are expected to work 50 hours a week to make the pay scale they set out for you each week. Was alot better in the past with pay/life commitment.

I had an interview today on Zoom video app and most of it was questions. She asked about 10-15 questions. It was only one interviewer. Behavioral questions, to see how you react during those situations. Some of the questions were. “Why do you want to work for Frito lay?” Tell me about yourself. “Tell me a time when you made a mistake at work and how did you handle it?” 9 times out of 10 the questions was a “tell me a time when this happened and how did you handle or solve it”? Don’t bother googling the most common scenario and behavioral questions because I did and I literally had questions and answers sitting right beside the laptop so I wouldn’t get stumped. And she didn’t ask not one thing that I had written down. Lol. They just have their own questions. But what made me so successful is that I studied behavioral questions and had a few different answers already in my head for questions like that. So study just a few behavioral/scenario questions and write down a few answers and make sure you remember those answers. I even read that if you have a few answers of times you did something at work like go out of your way for someone else or what did you do during an issue that accrued, you’ll be fine for the rest of the questions. So just have a few answers in your head and study those. That’s really what helped me. Because as long as you have a few things you did in your head, it will be easier to make up other answers just like those ones. Don’t be afraid to ask the person interviewing you to rephrase the question if you need help understanding. Just go slow, take your time and answer slowly.
