It’s very fast paced. Some times you get help and most of the time you are required to do several jobs that would require more than one person. Some times it’s short staffed and you have to do a whole lot more. It can be tiring.

Sick leave is limited & counted against you no matter what, unless you have LOA or FMLA. They do not let you take PTO because there is not anyone to cover you & will not let anyone have overtime to cover you. They will have you work overtime when they are short staffed though. Work Life balance is not a priority for their staff.

Demote leads, supervisors, directors and head of department directors. Too many levels of upper management and not enough “working” employees. If Froedtert really wants to save money instead of decreasing off shift employees’ pay get rid of just one director in each department!! My pay just got decreased by $5000.00 annually because the organization wanted to “align with competitors”. Here’s an idea...stop building clinics!
