I interviewed with three ladies from the nursing department, one I believe was the nursing manager. They were all late, they drilled me because I could only work part time because of school, but the position I applied for was part time, and I thought they hired students. So anyway I did not get the job. They ask if you can take blood sugars, and vital, and if you have hospital experience. Three months later my friend interviewed with just one person who she said asked the same questions from the video interview. They did not hire her either.

Average a few weeks. It only takes longer if references take a while to get back to HR.
Step 1 Application/Prescreen and start references
Step 2 Interview with manager and HR
Step 3 Peer Interviews
Step 4 Final interview with VP

There are a few steps in the process, but at Froedtert South we take all the necessary steps to ensure we hire the best employees.
