They are happy with you when the pace of work is good, and when things slow down, after they’ve made profits on your hard work, while telling you they have to hold off on your raise, they’ll find a reason to fire you. The only employees for which this does not apply are the managers and key account holders.

It's more of a money factor then anything else.Benefits are good,but they need to take better care of there people rather then just hire someone and not give them a pay raise.Happy Employee are more productive.

You get an additional 5 days per year of paid time off (PTO). For instance, if you get 2 weeks vacation (10 days), your total PTO allowance for the year would be 15 days that can be used for sick or more vacation or whatever.

The hours got bad. Slowed down. I couldn't feed my 4 kids off that. Plus the manager was partially Racist. Remarks were made.
