Bad Management
I noped right out of there when it was confirmed that the reviews were accurate. Management way oversteps boundaries when dealing with both clients and staff. In the short time that I was there, I witnessed management being rude and condescending to employees, having an attitude that they know their animals better than the owners, and getting into clients personal lives.

Fun Job, Awful Management
Management is very condescending, over explanatory, and often down right rude.

The job overall is very fun, but the first two weeks of training is repetitive and boring. Expect lots of miscommunications amongst staff that lead to being told the same thing multiple times, via different avenues: email, text, call. Management takes up to 2 weeks to reply back to emails and encourages phone calls for questions instead. Management will also add appointments to the schedule with less than a 24 hour notice and will be upset if you need flexibility on the appointments and will not work around your set schedule .

Easy job working with animals making it really fun. However, with driving your own car, gas prices with 15-30 minute drives between appointments, cleaning homes within appointments, and contracted rates not really worth it for a long run job.

Dog Walker & Sitter but not maid
This is a great job if you want to interact with dogs and cats all day. But the management is terrible. Thu business is managed and located inside the owner's home. The manager/owner expects you to do daily chores like laundry (which most doggy day cares hire a bi-weekly service), vacuuming, cleaning dishes, use your personal vehicle to run errands, and dusting personal exercise equipment.

It would have been a great job if someone else ran the business.
Pros
Wage, animals
Cons
Owner, staff
