What would you suggest Frontier Communications management do to prevent others from leaving?
Stop micromanaging. Stop doing audits 6 months back. Stop enforcing sales and put more emphasis on providing excellent customer service because customers are the bread and butter and without them there is no company. Excellent customer service leads to more sales.
What is the Commission percentage based off? If base pay is 12.50 what does an average weekly pay look like with commission
Hourly pay estimated off of 12.50 was in the range of about $900 every two weeks. commissions was added at the last pay period of each month ranging from $1000 to $3500 average.
