I worked through Sykes when they first got frontier. Was horrible training and it was like we was thrown to the birds. I didn’t feel comfortable in my position and wasn’t trained on what the actual job was.
I worked for Verizon before Frontier took over....this company basically has that deer in the headlights look when it comes to customer service...upgrading the infrastructure...and basically keeping up with modern technology. I left Frontier also because management is a basketball full of Deplorables..they have the management skills of a 5 year old eating crayons.
