Great place to work, love working there. What else can I say? It's a great place to work and I absolutely love working there and would not usually look at another employer but referrals have decreased and I m no longer getting enough referrals to keep me busy. I need more paid hours, more pt census to pay my bills. I'm hoping I can work something out where I can work at Frontier and another company to get the hours I need to pay my bills. I don't have anything more to say
Case Manager RN (Current Employee) – Helena, MT – May 11, 2018
This is a home health and hospice job. Hard work and many hours. Nurses are required to take call once a day every week and rotate holidays and weekends. Great job for learning skills and patient care.
RN Case Manager (Former Employee) – Omak, WA – December 17, 2017
The management has unrealistic expectations of the Nursing Staff. You will work over your 8 hour shift, work after hours and often your day off to get work completed. Management does not listen and is inconsistent. I enjoyed the job itself. If you are a workaholic then this is the job for you.
RN Case Manager (Former Employee) – Casper, WY – September 8, 2017
I would recommend Frontier Home Health and Hospice at one of there other locations located in multiple states, rather than the Casper, WY branch. Having been in management for many, many years the Casper branch lacks effective managers.
