Nice place to work. As a salesperson it's pretty independent, so if you are disciplined this would be a great fit. If not, management will help some but there is a serious lack of mentorship. Even if you are an aggressive salesperson, the lack of current research and productivity of analysts is a serious obstacle for closed sales.
