Great entry level call center job, low pay, lots of OT if wanted.
Written by Technical Support Representative/Trainer (Former Employee) from Centerbrook, CT on October 25, 2018
This job is fine for anyone who understands the call center model. OT is optional, but usually readily available. I personally had issues with my second shift manager who was just a terrible human being and spewed hateful rhetoric for anyone who would listen. Overall, not counting her, not a bad place.
Pros
Lots of free food and parties for holidays
Cons
Pay is minimun wage upon hiring from agencies that usually pay more. Some managers need to go.

Relaxed Culture, work around the peak times including Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day when flowers are high in demand. Most employees are happily employed.
