The environment was laid back energetic and fun

It was a job for everyone. There were only two people that would stay late, everyone else was in and out with their prescribed hours. The facility is on auto pilot, and though there is an attempt to grow in new areas, create new products, I didn't get the impression that these attempts were succeeding, quite the opposite.

The immediate supervision and management of the QC lab is competent at their jobs, and nothing else.
