Supportive and a place to grow.
This company really seems to care about its employees and shows this by the interaction you get from upper management. A normal day for me consists of testing audio/video equipment and repairing as needed, taking customer service and tech support phone calls and updating logs specific to my department. I really enjoy being able to test and diagnose - more ... issues with problematic equipment. Juggling multiple projects at once can be a tough sometimes but is a very rewarding process. - less
