Yes, the requirement is a minimum of 32 hours per week. The posting states 6-6pm because those are the shift you’re able to choose from when you start. After you’ve gotten the hang of things and get your stats up, you’ll be able to choose from a wider range of hours.

There is a RAM requirement. If you're able to upgrade the laptop's memory then the price isn't an issue. It cannot be a chrome book.
