Lots of favoritism and egotistical environment
For being a diner which is nothing special some of the workers have some huge egos specifically the management position One of the managers would get mad at me for talking and providing hospitality to guests ???? Wouldn't recommend working here if you believe in hard work, if you're straight or if you're not disabled mentally or physically. You will get looked down upon!

Culture Focused And Guest Obsessed
Full Goods Diner is a fast paced, culture and guest centered Brunch establishment located in the Pearl. Quality of product is on par with prices. Work culture is chill, everybody gets along. Management could use a refresher course on professionalism, but overall 9/10 place to work. Money is there, but tip out is 5%. Benefits available too

Disorganized workplace with dysfunctional management team
Personally I got to move around in terms of positions.Be willing to learn and quick.Job culture and morale is lacking and needs improvement all around.Management is also lackluster.Overall it is a very new restaurant however this establishment needs work on how they treat their employees,BOH and FOH.

Fast paced fun workplace
Full Goods diner is a great job if you are a morning person and always have your plans in the evening. The management team is reliable and always helpful. Also has digital scheduling that works with your availability and comfortable uniforms.
