They called to offer the position before I even made it home - less than 15 minutes. I know someone else who interviewed and hadn't even left the lobby before getting a call with an offer. If that doesn't scream desperation, I don't know what does.

Stop dealing with failing companies like Sprint, stop allowing corporations to dictate call procedure and actually fix the issues with your own game plan, better vetting when hiring, stop being cheap about insurance, and listen to your people without letting your ego get in the way!!
