Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas, NV

Summer really hot and if swamp coolers are out no air in warehouse. People are decent. Management is all about the money. Fair opportunities to grow within.

Mystery Woman in the Background pulling all the strings. Upper management, CEO, visible but not involved in the day to day operations, completely hands off. Customer Support available to customers, but there's a queue that never ends with limited support personnel to respond. Overall, it was a learning experience without knowing anything about lasers. Competitors in the market at this price point Non-existent. The company does business in spite of themselves... Glowforge is not relevant in comparison to FSLaser Overall some nice people, but the bottom line like many companies the Profit Margin is all that matters and if that comes at the expense of the employee so be it! Hardest part of the job dealing with the layers upon layers of programs to verify the invoice/sale, i.e. Doing Triple Work for the basic application, SALES Operations manager good HR like all HR individuals not your friend Learned the nuances and capabilities of a Laser Grab leads, make phone calls, close deals typical day at FSLaser The most enjoyable part of the job, leaving at 5pm Culture was non-existent

They promise and expect the Moon and Stars but what you really receive is the feeling that you're stuck in quicksand with no way to advance. Somewhat like an abusive, narcissistic relationship involving what's called Gaslighting. Management likes to point fingers at everyone but themselves. You receive more appreciation from your clients and co-workers than the ones that should be appreciating your hard work. Just so everyone knows, every phone call is recorded. They don't tell you this or the clients, which I don't believe is legal in most states but they get away with it somehow. The only way one can keep a job here is either backstab and tattle on everyone or CYA with your head down like a whipped dog. Once you stick up for yourself or set to make any type of commission or bonus, you're gone.

I worked at Full Spectrum only a very short time and unfortunately it just ended up working out to be a different experience then what I thought I was walking into. So I had to move on and find a better fit for the long term.
The company has a great base for organization and alot of tools at their disposal to be a well oiled machine and really successful as a whole.
Full Spectrum just needs a few key people in their building (which looks like they are currently hiring for) to really turn it around and make things shine.
I loved their lasers as a whole and enjoyed running them for a few years prior to working there. I believed in their product and to this day still do.
If you love laser engraving and want to be a part of a company pushing the software game with what the lasers can do, check them out.

This place is a great place for employment. The supervisors and other employees are an amazing group of people. Thank you for the fun team. The customers were truly excited to receive their orders and start working on their projects. I enjoyed the customers and the other support technicians I worked with. The management is just so willing to assist in any problem I ask about. I believe this company will continue to grow and maintain happy customers. They even allow their employees to practice with their equipment and make projects for themselves. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PERKS OF BEING A FULL SPECTRUM LASER EMPLOYEE.
