Telemarketer (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXApril 16, 2018
Management was horrible. Never was flexible unless you had school but if it came to doctor appointments then they did not care. They wanted you to put the company first

Management plays the favorites games. There are no clear expectations of what your role is. The associates are hard working with very little reward. This company lacks diversity big time.
Pros
Free lunch from time to time
Cons
A lot of turnover and no diversity with a lot of backstabbing

Work hard, Play Hard
Customer Care Supervisor (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXFebruary 21, 2018
Communication can be lacking through management and to the floor. Fun place to work and most in management will go above and beyond to help/assist the Fit Specialists. Can be stressful at times but pay is good for a call center environment, and they do engage in monthly contests to give away prizes and gift cards. The people are what makes this job, some good friendships built.
Pros
Good benefits, decent pay, and a fun working environment
Cons
Lack of communication at times and team ratio to Supervisor is very high

Worst working environment
Photography Retoucher (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJanuary 21, 2018
Workers are not treated with respect. There is no upward mobility or proper compensation. The company is still stuck in the early 00s and does not understand current trends or how the internet works. There is a lot of false advertising from upper management and very little communication as to what the situation at hand is. Stay away.

Changing Management/Culture creating Fearful and stressful work environment
Director, Web & Account Services (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJanuary 19, 2018
Recent changes in ownership and management have created an environment of fear and stress. There seems to be an abandonment of the processes and systems that worked and made the company successful before. People are not appreciated or rewarded now and the result is poor sales.
Pros
Nice downtown location with nice views
Cons
Expectation to work long hours and no recognition or appreciation

Run from this place while you have the chance !
Store floor picker (Current Employee) –  Indianapolis, INDecember 18, 2017
This is the most unfriendly , stressful , back breaking Job anyone could have , for the slummest of pay. If you have a life before employment here , might as well send it back to your creator because you aren't allowed a life working here . Overtime is exhausting , pay is indecent for the work responsibility , someone is always hounding you no matter how well your production is. If you are not of foreign decent , Burmese or Chin, you are likely plotted against for termination before your training period is over. Your supervisors are foreign as well, translators , and only look out for the growth and betterment of their countrymen . They want you fired so that they can employ more of their family. You're written up and given warnings over the most tedious things. Just. STAY. Away. This place is bad business all across the board. Anyone who says otherwise is part of supervision and aren't affected.
Pros
Breaks
Cons
Short breaks, no grace period, ridiculously strict time punch regulations, favortism, poor pay, exhausting hours, unresponsive HR, condescending supervisors

Fun working environment, monotonous, bad Leadership
Telemarketing/sales representative (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXDecember 15, 2017
The immediate supervisors while on the Sales phones are great! They help you and the team succeed to achieve personal and company goals. However, once you decide to move up within the company, the leadership and supervisors of hire do not help you at all. In fact, they play favorites and give special treatment to those who do not deserve it. One supervisor in particular, of the Support Team has had many Harassment complaints and is still in charge of his position as if nothing had ever happened, leaving the victim in a hostile work environment. They will make the job place as uncomfortable as possible until they force you to leave. This is was happened to me as well.
Pros
45 minute lunches, Many Unpaid and Paid Excuse time, On top of Vacation pay

Catalog Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXSeptember 15, 2017
It was the worst job I ever had in my life.
Management only comes out of the woodwork when VIP's are in town. But other than that they hide in their offices and don't care about the employees.

Customer Service - Fit Specialist (Current Employee) –  El Paso, TXAugust 8, 2017
The job is very repetitive, and sales goals are expected to be met by end of day. If you obtain a nice outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people, than any metric can be met or exceeded at this position.
Pros
Decent starting wage for entry level applicants.
Cons
Poor starting wage for expedience applicants

Productive day at work
Fashion Advisor (Current Employee) –  El Paso, TXJuly 31, 2017
A regular day at work would be to walk in, gather you necessary things to start the day; catalogs, headsets, etc. clock in and start taking calls. A regular basis where you supervisor goes and greets their associates as they come in and starts to go over stats with every one and tells us what we need to work on and we give it our all till the end of our shifts to finish good in stats.

This company is floundering
Senior Art Director, Jessica London (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 12, 2017
Over the past 3 years Fullbeauty Brands has removed and replaced its entire c suite and most other executives. Allegedly this is being done to turn Fullbeauty into a recognizable name and a leader in the women's plus size apparel industry. So far it hasn't produced the desired result and the company is suffering financial losses. From an employee point of view this has resulted in uncertainty, lack of job security, (the remove & replace has filtered down to all levels of employees) long hours and a truly toxic office culture-- where indecision at all levels and constant rework are the norm. Teamwork is in name only for the most part and professional respect and trust pretty much don't exist. Add in long hours, 50-60 hour weeks and some weekends, and you have a place that needs to change a lot before it will be a healthy place to work. Maybe that will happen... or maybe they'll go the way of other retail dinosaurs.
Pros
Competitive salaries, attractive office space if you are comfortable with an open floor plan
Cons
long hours, no job security, low morale

FBBrands is a great place to work. I am challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported by my management team. The company has a strong sense of community and is extremely inclusive.
