Stressfull and not because of caseload or work but because of the constant push for high billable minutes.....they want to sell the fact they care for their therapists like family but if you are a full time evaluating therapist you get only evals, recerts and discharges while treatments are given to PRNs so you dont get your hours...

I worked hard and was self directed in all aspects of my position. I covered all areas in the retirement community and home health. I supervised three assistants. The work environment could be stressful at times, it is very fast paced. I would recommend a seasoned OT for this position with years of experience. Could be demanding and stressful.
