Scattered and poor communication in leadership
Physical Therapist Assistant (Former Employee) – Knoxville, TN – February 7, 2018
I loved being a physical therapist assistant, even with poor leadership. Lack of communication regarding expectations made many days more stressful than they needed to be. The benefits were to industry standard for current trends, but sorely lacking for employee retention. Co-workers often complained about confusing information and instructions, and rarely demonstrated a desire to perform beyond basic duties.
Competitive wage for Utah
Poor communication and employee retaining perks.
