Fun place to work if you have few bills, no children and no health issues
The company gives just enough hours so they don't have to pay employees' health insurance. Raises are far and few between. Immediate schedule changes are made and employees aren't notified until the revised schedule is posted (not electronically). Make sure that you keep track of your tips and hours because they will frequently not get recorded properly - more ... and or completely forgotten about. The most enjoyable part of the job is the beer perks. - less
ConsNo breaks, pay is not what is promised, no room for advancement or raises, employees that receive over 30 hours are in management or production.
