You start as a Sales Associate and work your way up. Almost always you have to relocate for a promotion. If you have a family and want to stay established then this is probably not going to work for you.

It’s a little on the personal side; asking questions in the same vein of “how is your relationship with your parents” and “what are your hobbies”, but nothing I felt that made me uncomfortable. It really just puts a human face on the interview process, which is long, but it paints an entirely different picture of the employees they hire as opposed to the standard professional interviews.

It is in no way a bad method they use, but it doesn’t follow the norm aside from a few expected questions.

It generally takes about three interviews. If you’ve had the third one, you’re probably in the clear.
