Different campuses are open different hours, you can Google each campus to find out how long they’re open. My average day was 8:30am-7:30pm except for Fridays which were 8:30-12:30. They pay hourly and it was $21-$25 per hour where I was.

$21-$25 in Dallas. Paid planning time is only 5 minutes for each 50 minute class. For example, you would get 20 minutes to plan for 4 50 minute classes.

Amazing. There are so many passionate people that not only care about the student's lives and changing their trajectory, but as an employee I have a chance to build great relationships with students and families. To top it off, I have the chance to work with people that care about me personally. You hear a lot about authenticity at Fusion and that is rare air. Fusion knows it isn't perfect, and they know I'm not perfect. I appreciate the changes being made this year with the Teacher experience, compensation opportunities, and planning time doubling!
