This company will never ever have a stable driver or advance for growing with the company bcos of the poor system & management! Drivers always quit on this company everyday and they too keep hiring everyday due to numbers of driver quiting on them daily.
No1, the boardds need to train, educate the so call dispatch guys right at each branch on how to be professional and respect drivers, mostly at farmer branch... lot of games going on there like give their personal person or color a good route and left other drivers with a bad route and keeping good van keys for a certain drivers no matter how early you come lol, that's how bad the work environment is. No2 which is the major! Learning how to prepare your drivers for next day job, I mean given a single drivers 3 job driver to do is really really weird!!! Given drivers over 150 to 270 stop is so weird.. this job process happen to be done with legs and hand and having so much stop is highest sad part of it and 45% of packages are heavy at end most drivers get home 10pm - 11pm daily, please how did you expect such driver to prepare for same hard job next day? Except you were given a good route which just not common except you close with dispatcher guys or have your way either way every route need to be perfect each and reasonably. Lot going on but this are just major that cant be overlook.
