Break Down
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXApril 14, 2019
Its must a make the review maybe the board will read and make use of it to help grow and better of the company.

This company will never ever have a stable driver or advance for growing with the company bcos of the poor system & management! Drivers always quit on this company everyday and they too keep hiring everyday due to numbers of driver quiting on them daily.
No1, the boardds need to train, educate the so call dispatch guys right at each branch on how to be professional and respect drivers, mostly at farmer branch... lot of games going on there like give their personal person or color a good route and left other drivers with a bad route and keeping good van keys for a certain drivers no matter how early you come lol, that's how bad the work environment is. No2 which is the major! Learning how to prepare your drivers for next day job, I mean given a single drivers 3 job driver to do is really really weird!!! Given drivers over 150 to 270 stop is so weird.. this job process happen to be done with legs and hand and having so much stop is highest sad part of it and 45% of packages are heavy at end most drivers get home 10pm - 11pm daily, please how did you expect such driver to prepare for same hard job next day? Except you were given a good route which just not common except you close with dispatcher guys or have your way either way every route need to be perfect each and reasonably. Lot going on but this are just major that cant be overlook.

Amazon.com Home Delivery Route Driver (Current Employee) –  Orlando, FLJanuary 4, 2019
They put employees on stand-by (not work) too much. Routes are not coordinated properly and we end up going through same routes unnecessarily. Even if you have an excellent on-time record at work, you get late waves.

Not a long term Company to grow with
Delivery Route Driver (Former Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXOctober 17, 2018
A typical day as a Delivery Driver involves being at the Warehouse at 8:15. Even if you don't leave till 10 am to start your route you have to be there by 8:15. Your competeing to get the better route and not to have to deliver 300 or more packages in any given day. Weekends everyone wants off. Lack of Management and planning through Amazon is not Clear. There's a l;ot of movement and high turnover. There are many in the warehouse who pick your packages, But not consistant enough to make everyday the same. No mangement control or Mid level evaluation of metrics there. Not a place to work long term. Good benefits after 60 days.
Pros
Pay good
Cons
No Lunch, no management control, Your the Boss

trouble work place
Driver/Carrier (Former Employee) –  Garland, TXOctober 2, 2018
The hardest part of the job is that you arrive at work on time and nothing is done it take you about a hour of your day on dock trying to get loaded and if you are on first wave you still not loaded and ready to go half of the time and if you call dispatch for a rescue they never have anyone to come help you when you getting behind . Other than that the job is really a good job to deliver packages for Amazon

Driver (Former Employee) –  Garland, TXSeptember 12, 2018
This place is one of the worst places that I have ever worked. Management does not have any type of structure; First, you report to work at 8:00 am, but it takes up to 2 to 3 hours just to get your van loaded due to your packages not being pull, they expect you to finish with 200 plus before many of the businesses are closed. You hear management and employees using very vulgar language. They never seem to get your pay right. they don't really reprimand anyone for throwing packages. They never discuss employee appearance which is why you see so many ruff looking delivery guys at your door. I digress.
Pros
It's a job

poor management

Delivery Driver/Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Farmers BranchSeptember 9, 2018
I did not like that you got paid for the day and not by the hour. Very unprofessional employees and managers. The job should be more efficient in delivering packages per route.

Hard job, decent pay, bad management
Delivery driver (Former Employee) –  FloridaSeptember 5, 2018
I liked the job but sometimes it feels like it’s an impossible amount of work. You drive nice vans around to about 140-200 houses a day(also apartments and business) It’s very exhausting work, not for lazy people. Not something anyone could do forever. Pay is ok for Florida. Management is unintelligent and unfair and unable to do the job properly. The longer you stay the worse they treat you. Nice coworkers. Good temporary job. (Delivery for Amazon)
Pros
Pay is ok, nice vehicles
Cons
Management. Work load.

Worst job ever!
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  FloridaJuly 18, 2018
Poor management, got there early and they send me just because. You get 200 packages and at 5 PM they send you to help others that slack during the day. If you get into an accident you have to pay in full for the damage & no time to eat or take a break. Do not recommend this place to work!

CEO does not care for his employees
Amazon Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Garland, TXJuly 12, 2018
I have never in my life worked for such a corrupt and unprofessional company ever in my life untill now. Management will lie in your face all day and make promises they can’t keep. If they tell you that they give raises after a year of work don’t believe that cause that’s a big lie. You know it’s bad when you only see you manager once every two months and he barely responds back to emails if you need him.its absolutely absurd how this company is being handled.

This company SUCKS....
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Davenport, FLJune 16, 2018
Don't work here, everything is bad. I would rather work as a sign spinner then work for Fusion ever again. They lie and cheat you out of your money. They do a daily rate, which it will work out that you work for less than minimum wage because of all the extra hours you put in. Hated this job and the company.

Solid and fair Amazon DSP to work for. Management is involved in operations and cares about the employees. It's hard work but steady and pays fairly. It's a great job for someone who likes to be on the go.

This not a good company to work for at all. You will be dogged to the ground and under appreciated and under paid. Management is immature. They hire anyone who can pass a drug test

Contract Driver (Former Employee) –  Farmers Branch, TXMay 11, 2018
Too little money for too much work, you will never catch your breath. Modern day slave mill truly and management forces you to pick up more to help out other drivers. Should be paid more, but greed runs the world.

Company squeezes employees
Home delivery route driver (Current Employee) –  Orlando, FLMarch 28, 2018
Very collaborative manager. Dispatchers try to help as much as possible on your daily route. The company squeezes employees as much as they can doing routes with 250 to 300 packages for deliveries. That is too much !! If you finish your route before the work schedule is finished you have to go and take packages from another driver, even if you had 300 packages. That is inhuman! I do not recommend this place to work unless you are in a real need for money.

Horrible don’t even bother! Pretty much what they’ve mentioned in previous reviews is totally true. The horrible thing is how they hide under many names and they are not liable if you have an accident. They would charge you for accidents, equipment and uniforms.
