Always had support from my recruiter.. He called me at least once a week to make sure I was.ok and to see if I needed anything. The benefits are excellent.

They have given me everything I need. Schedule accommodations, requested extensions, followed up if pay was inaccurate. Good luck getting that as a staff nurse!

Fusion has been a great agency to work contract with. They communicate well and not only do they tell you when you’re doing something wrong, but they also call to tell you when you’re doing a great job!
Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia

I start with Fusion six years ago. It was great. My recruiter was always on top of things. Compliance had their game plan together. Everyone was on the same page. Then COVID hit and everything changed. My recruiter went to another company. I get an email from a different person in compliance once or twice a week. I had a workman’s comp injury. Never heard anything from anyone. Had to call the nurse director before things started happening. I often have to pay for tests related to work, wait and wait for “reimbursement”. I know they’re taking a cut from my hourly pay, changing my contract pay (take it or leave it) mid contract or just after I extend with a facility but they’re not the only company doing this. The travel industry has become bloated and greedy.Fusion was a company I was proud to work for.

Good benefits. Great recruiters. No bad experiences. Very understanding job. Would recommend anyone to work there that is looking for a good traveling company
