The pay is way low for the amount of work we are required to do. Especially on 7 to 3. That is the hardest shift and there is no differential. We are always understaffed and there is no teamwork.

Only thing I’d say is work there and make your own determination. I do my work and mind my business so I don’t have any issues besides the pay. The pay isn’t that bad, it could always be better.
Usually good teamwork
Overworked, sometimes you can’t take a break. Short staffed because of being overworked
The management and the team that I was working with did not come to my help at all; This company must short of worker and gave me 19 residents with no help.

Apply what is need while being respectful and kind.Work ratio is 1 to 17. 16 out of 17 are totals.Nurse Managers, great willing to help when needed. How can quality care be given to all in 7 1/2 hours?Lacked support from some co-workers(CNA's). Some were a joy to work with.Work load too heavyI loved my patients. They made my job worthwhile in spite of being so short staffed.
