I worked very hard there acheived the max incentive every week and wanted to try a new position. Selector is the entry level position which is where i started i apply for a new position and got it, but upon doing so i recieved no pay increase and lost the weekly incentive. I got "promoted" for a huge pay cut.

Coworkers spread false rumors. Management is always looking for you to mess up or looking to throw you under the bus. The teams you work with or your shift is always spreading false rumors about you and management is always trying to write you up for false claims. There was no real training. There was no real leadership.
Production Worker in Syracuse, NY

Management picks and chooses who they hold accountable for thier actions. Some people sit and do nothing all day, damage equipment, hit others with equipment, and make up their own schedule or job descriptions and that's fine because that's just how they are. But when people who are hard workers get sick of working hard with nothing to show for it, they get punished because it's not like them. It also depends on who you know; if you're buddies with a supervisor or manager or have family in a certain position, you can pretty much get away with anything. Management is extremely unprofessional in the way they treat their workers. They ask for suggestions for improvements but when you go to them with anything you're told, if you don't like it leave.
Truck Driver in Syracuse, NY

Worked for other food distributors and this place is by far the best. You get out what you put in. Pay for drivers is above average, good benefits, plenty of perks and bonuses. Of course like any other job on this planet there are gonna be rough patches. A lot of negative reviews but always remember there are 2 sides to every story.

They never are transparent about the workload, the numbers constantly change. You never know when you’re going home, you were told 10 hours shifts from 2-1 just to get it change to 4-4am sometimes even 6!!. All they care about is the cases being shipped they will lie to you and do whatever to keep you and changing positions doesn’t do you any good either because what the night crew can’t do the day crew will and will get stuck at this awful place for even longer. All in all they take on wayyy to much business with not nearly enough man power and expect the people there to slave....Just stay away!!!
