A typical day of work consisted of inbound and outbound calls to clients and potential recruits. In addition to phone services my responsibilities included data entry, updating current client profiles, and helping recruiters find qualified candidates for open positions. Also I engaged in comprehensive dialogue with potential positions. This included attaining detailed information about their job history, their marketable skills, current salary information, and details about how their specific profile was unique in respect to other candidates.
