Thank you for your question. G3’s interview process begins with a phone interview by a recruiter or a hiring manager. Top candidates proceed to in-person interviews, with individuals and sometimes panels of 2-4 leaders. For some positions, finalists proceed to a second round of interviews after which a job offer is typically extended to the top candidate. Interviewers ask questions related to the requirements of the open position, often asking for examples of similar experiences from the applicant’s background. G3’s interviews give the candidate a chance to meet a number of people from G3, and learn more about the business and the requirements of the positions.

Thank you for your question. G3's open positions are posted on our website. We have very few part-time opportunities, but often use temporary positions to support business surges. This may be the best bet for a person who wants to be able to limit their annual income (part-time employment).
